Thank you for participating in our telehealth service! 1on1PT Asheville will be using https://doxy.me/ , which is a HIPPA compliant and encrypted telehealth service. Your visit will not be recorded, and your therapist will continue to document using our electronic health record the details of your treatment, just as is performed with a regular in-office visit.
 

To Use


1. A few minutes prior to your scheduled visit, please click on this link and paste it into your browser using your smart phone, tablet, or computer.

2. Your browser will ask to allow access to your camera during the visit, which will allow you to have direct communication (audio and video) with your therapist.


To help improve connectivity:

1. If you do not have a back-up browser on your computer or device, consider downloading one in case you are unable to connect with your therapist. Switching browsers can usually solve the problem (Safari and Firefox work well).

2. CMS currently allows for FaceTime and Skype as an alternative during the Covid-19 crisis, if needed.
